I’ve lived this myself - the pressure, the exhaustion, the “I should be coping better than this” moments. The mornings where your body feels one step behind your brain. The days when you’re so tightly wound you can’t take a deep breath.
And I’ve also lived the other side:

I’m formally trained in Nutritional Medicine, Holistic Health & Wellness, am Nervous System Informed, and I’ve spent years integrating what actually helps busy humans feel better.
Along the way, I realised:
If your nervous system is overloaded, no amount of nutrition knowledge, willpower, or “healthy habits” will stick.
So my approach became simpler, deeper and more realistic.
